Ice Cream Social - The Rock River Senior Center is teaming up with Home Bound Health Care, Inc. (HBH) to promote wellness and to provide community outreach events to all wishing to participate. The Rock River Senior Center would like to invite the community to attend an ice cream social sponsored by HBH on Friday July 30th, at 2:00 pm at the Rock River Senior Center, located at 215 W. “Old News” – In the world today many people rarely take time to read a newspaper and depend on the “media” for their information as well as the information super highway (the web).  A wonderful publication Old News is brought to RRC twice a month by Bud Weiner.  Bud reads articles from this publication and the group enjoys discussing and sharing information related to the article read. This group meets the 2nd and 4th Mon of each month at 10 am for coffee and the sessions are from 10:15-11:15.
